Belly Dancing is a great way to honor the feminine and divine goddess within us all. It’s also a great way to strengthen uterine ligaments and improve pelvic floor strength, helping women to prepare for and recover from childbirth, as well as preventing uterine prolapse. Not only is it fun, it’s good for you!
Jennifer O’Hagan has been belly dancing for over 20 years. She has performed in NJ, NY, and PA and was a member of Sivasa and El Hareem Dance troupe for many years. She is available to teach workshops. Get in touch if you are interested!
