Woodland Naturals is no longer accepting clients in order to focus on training new practitioners in Abdominal Therapy and consulting/mentoring existing practitioners.

At Woodland Naturals, we respect and believe in the body’s innate wisdom and natural ability to find health and achieve balance. Through the use of herbs, nutrition, massage, and other healing modalities, the intention is to guide your body back into its proper harmonious state. The underlying cause of most illness is a weakened constitution, or balance within being obstructed. The approach to healing is to address the ‘whole’, and focus on enhancing the ‘vital force’ as the foundation of healing, as well as addressing the symptoms. When mind, body, and spirit are truly centered everything else in life becomes easier and energy levels are increased.

Jennifer O’Hagan is the founder of Woodland Naturals and co-founder of the Abdominal Therapy Collective, Inc. and the Changewater Wellness Center. She is a registered professional herbalist, a certified practitioner and instructor of Abdominal Therapy as taught by Rosita Arvigo, as well as a practitioner/instructor of The Wisdom of Water, Plants and Prayer. She has training as a Loomis Digestive Health Specialist, and is a certified massage therapist incorporating numerous types of techniques and energy work (Reiki, Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Oncology and Mastectomy Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Touch for Health, Pre/Post Natal, Visceral Manipulation, and Breast Massage). She also offers Gua Sha, Cupping, Chakra Balancing, Auric Cleansing, Facial Rejuvenation, and Cellulite Reduction.

Jennifer specializes in a form of Abdominal Therapy that was developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo. The therapy uses herbs, nutrition, an external abdominal massage, emotional/spiritual healing and other techniques to remove obstructions and congestion within the abdomen. This therapy addresses our inner core, and helps female and male anatomical issues, digestive issues, and urinary issues. Various forms of abdominal therapy have been used across generations and various cultures because it is so effective.

Woodland Naturals believes male/female is a spectrum, rather than a binary system. All genders and families are welcomed and respected.
