She is a certified professional herbalist and graduate of the Herbal Therapeutics School of Botanical Medicine. She is a practitioner and instructor of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™. She is a Loomis Digestive Health Specialist and massage therapist. She provides classes and lectures, locally and internationally, on a variety of topics. She is a past board member of the American Herbalists Guild and served on the Advisory Council of the Arvigo Institute in Belize, Central America. She is the founder and president of Woodland Naturals, and is a co-founder of the Changewater Wellness Center in Changewater, NJ.

She is available to teach classes, which focus on the health benefits of belly dancing, and the fun!
